* Working location : 10th floor, Tower 2, Capital Place, 29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi
* Job description
- Work in Energy & Chemicals Department, Hanoi Branch, ITOCHU Vietnam Company Limited which does business in various fields of Chemicals & Plastics sales
- Handling sales suppporting work for the team
- Issuing documents required for cargo delivery to customers
- Data input: Inputting sales transaction data to SAP for engineering plastics
- Reporting: Preparing necessary monthly sales/expense reports for the team as required
- Administration work: Arrange Car & hotels for visitors; Make summary of internal expense such as telephone, car etc. and get General Manager confirmation
- Other jobs which are requested by General Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese, at age of around 24 years old, more or less.
- University Graduate.
- English business level.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Working experience and business knowledge of Trading business (Import/Export) can be advantage.
- Good skills of Microsoft Offices, expecially excels .
- Positive, Bright, Careful, Cooperative.
