Job Summary:

Support the production and engineering teams in daily operations, documentation, and process improvements. Gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating production documents and monitoring tools/equipment.
• Support data collection on scrap rates and production efficiency.
• Help prepare training materials and participate in operator training.
• Join new project setups and assist with documentation.
• Participate in improvement activities and learn Lean/6 Sigma basics.
• Support change management and process transfer documentation.
