* Definition of the job:

- Ensure the input requirements of customer are taken into account internally from design and process building stage with relevant departments, transfer information to mass production.

- Work with customer SQE to close all open point at DV and PV stage.

- Review and approval for PPAP / RM PPAP / IMDS / Control plan.

* Position responsibilities:

• Customer & Supplier Coordination: Communicate requirements, negotiate quality standards, and manage approvals (PPAP, IMDS).
• Quality Assurance: Oversee sample production, testing, inspections, and complaint resolution (8D, A3).
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain quality documents (FMEA, CP, WI), support audits, and ensure system updates.
• Project & Production Support: Monitor trial runs, mass production transfers, and quality control in production lines.
• Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on quality planning and process improvements.
• Administrative Support: Assist with departmental tasks and other duties as assigned.
