Mô Tả Công Việc
Position Objective:
Support sales on tendering, including technical and commercial proposals.
Provide strong technical support to sales and customers as request.
Reporting to: Country Sales Director/ Dot line report to Engineering Director (PLP Thailand).
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Be responsible for tender preparation, including technical and commercial proposals, eg. handing of inquiries, quotation and required documents for tender and quoting.
2. Well understand the tender requirements, make check list for the preparation/proposal.
3. Coordinate with PLPTH/ subsidiaries to collect the required documents to prepare the tender proposals and clarification as required.
4. Support on new order/ contract signing/ contract implementing, eg. finalize the scope of supply, drawing approval, inspection/ test requirement to notice the factory.
5. Coordinate with factory to obtain the test reports, certificates and required documents for goods inspection/acceptance.
6. Handling customer complaints/feedback on technical and quality issues.
7. Collect/prepare relevant documents, samples, and support sales/marketing activities.
8. Provide the installation guide and be able to demonstrate the product installation.
9. Translate the documents to support sales/ marketing activities as needed.
10. Go to site to monitor goods delivery/inspection, site survey and report on request.
11. Job assigned by the Country Sales Director or business require.
12. Make daily/weekly report to Country Sales Director/ Sales Manager.

• Education: Graduated from good university in major of engineering such as Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial/ Engineering Science.
• Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills: 2-3 years working experience in technical, bidding for the company related to Electricity of Vietnam / Electrical industry.
• Attention to details and careful.
• Good listening and learning attitude.
• Hardworking, organisational and teamwork orientation.
• Communication in English and Vietnamese, especially in technical and tender.
• Computer: MS office, Email, MS Project; AutoCAD is an advantage.
Working place:

Salary and benefit:
- Salary: Negotiable. Be depended on qualification.

Preformed Line Products (PLP) là nhà thiết kế, sản xuất và cung cấp phần cứng và hệ thống neo cáp và điều khiển chất lượng cao trên toàn thế giới, đầu nối cáp quang và cáp đồng cũng như các thiết bị kết nối chéo tốc độ cao. PLP Việt Nam là một pháp nhân được thành lập cuối cùng của 2019. Trong 7 năm qua, PLP Việt Nam đã phát triển từ Văn phòng đại diện hoạt động trực thuộc PLP Thái Lan. Việc thành lập mới này nhằm mục đích tận dụng sự phát triển lâu dài của Việt Nam trong các thị trường liên quan đến PLP như Truyền tải, Phân phối, Trạm biến áp cũng như Năng lượng mặt trời và Viễn thông. Văn phòng đặt tại Quận 7, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh – thành phố kinh tế lớn nhất Việt Nam, gần cảng biển Cát Lái và các cơ sở hậu cần khác. Văn phòng mới được thành lập dự kiến sẽ là trụ sở chính của PLP Việt Nam trong việc hỗ trợ toàn bộ hoạt động kinh doanh trong tương lai, bao gồm cả hoạt động kinh doanh tại Hà Nội và Đà Nẵng – hai thành phố lớn nằm ở miền Bắc và miền Trung Việt Nam.
