• Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize the BD department productivity including increasing service branding awareness, data pool, and client experience.
• Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and events.
• Providing administrative support as needed, such as research, documentation, design, and improving sales/ operation/ service branding materials.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules to ensure project timeline and determining project changes.
• Provide high-quality and efficient reporting and communication to the project manager.
