To ensure accounting operations are conducted accurately, transparently, and in compliance with statutory regulations; to effectively control receivables, payables, expenses, costing, taxation, and financial reporting in order to provide reliable and timely financial information for management decision-making and to meet Group requirements.

I. Expenditure & Procurement Control

• Control payment documents and purchase requests based on OPEX/CAPEX budgets to ensure compliance with approval processe
• Conduct monthly expense reviews to ensure incurred costs are fully, accurately, and timely recorded in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies; including the review of payroll and statutory accruals, accrued and prepaid expenses, and comparison of actual expenses against approved budgets to identify variances and ensure proper documentation.

II.Receivables, Payables & Account Management

• Check and reconcile debts (Receivables, Tax liabilities, advances ...) and make entries for exchange rate differences.
• Review and reconcile general accounting functions, including cash, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, loans, interest expenses, and all types of taxes, to ensure that risks of asset loss to the Company are minimized to the lowest possible level

III. Cost accounting and inventory Management

• Check details of prepaid expenses, subcontractor reports, … and ensure correct reports and ontime.
• Check WIP, inventory ensures accurate figures before costing. Ensure accurate and timely cost accounting.
• Calculate the cost of goods sold in the period.

IV. Financial & Management Reporting

Ensure all revenue is recorded correctly and fully in accordance with the Accounting Law.

Perform general accounting tasks, including the preparation and verification of the accuracy, reasonableness, and validity of data in financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, in accordance with VAS/IFRS standards.

Making productivity report for Group. Gathering data on the output, cost of Foaming and Insole plants to make to make an analysis report.

Making the Cost Analysis and OPR reports for the Group. Analyze all fluctuations in the increase and decrease in costs between actual and budget. Analyze the reasons, make suggestions, and inform departments to control costs in a timely manner.

Prepare and do annual budget plan reports

V. Tax management and regulatory compliance

• Calculate, declare, and finalize applicable taxes, and complete tax refund documentation in accordance with legal regulations
• Review VAT reports, statistical reports to ensure completeness, correct and on time.
• Provide supporting documents and explanations to the Tax Authority during inspections and tax finalization, ensuring full compliance with Tax Laws.
• Complete tax finalization report and Financial Statement to ensure all correctly, accurately, on time.

VI. Internal control & audit coordination

• Provide supporting documents and explanations for interim and annual financial audits, and work with auditors from the auditing firm to ensure that all financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with government regulations
• Update knowledge on IFRS to prepare for future application in accordance with legal regulations.

Education: University above degree preferred

Foreign language: Prefer english: Intemediate

Years of Experience: Preference for at least 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing.
