Senior Accountant – Outsourcing Department is responsible for reporting to Team leader/Accounting Manager and will have direct responsibility as follows:
- Verify all documents being submitted to Accounting Department to ensure proper, accurate and compliant with internal policies, governmental regulations, Tax law and Vietnam Accounting Standard;
- Check invoices, contracts, supporting documents for foreign suppliers and local suppliers;
- Timely input transactions into accounting system;
- Confirm outstanding balance with dealers, suppliers at end of month and year-end;
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions;
- Coordinate with payment team to follow up the payment status and control account payable; ensure payment is made on time;
- Follow up vendor’s account payable;
- Research and resolve invoice/contract discrepancies and issues.
- Other tasks are assigned by Team leader/Manager;
