- Manager the PIE team and build a good team with TPM philosophies
- Manager the day-to-day PIE operations of regulating and ensuring compliance
- Work closely with the QA depart, Production depart to accomplish the good end of the product
- Ensure assigned types of equipment are maintained, calibration, and set in good condition to follow the standard and are serviceable for accomplishing all combat during production line run
- Teaching and making sure that your section members understand: OEE%, LOB%, Tact time measurement, Using, setting, Cabrationand Repair types of equipment, tool, Machines
- Managed the types of equipment, Machines, and tool in the company
- Confirm the usage of the indirect material and BOM with the actual using
- Handling the ECN and ECN implementation, SOP, Audit, ISO
- Collect battlefield troubleshooting, and defect analysis accuracy and take the countermeasure to improvement
- Setup the KPIs of the PIE department following the company KPI's target
- Coordinate operational, safety, environmental, and training for employees
- Handling the transfer project and Leading the new project build-up in Moonpo
- Perform multiple manufacturing processes involved in the production of Customer-standard
- Maintain the quality of products, while adhering to strict customer regulations
- Mentor subordinates in career decisions
- Validate the department and employee compliance with standards and company policies
- Report to Team Leader/Operation manager/Director
