Mô Tả Công Việc
• Act as Sales Manager by selling and promoting Mister Loo’s service offering and value proposition in Vietnam in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and sales targets
• Plan sales objectives, strategies and activities as well as execute relevant measures to achieve location sales targets
• Overseeing the sales activities and performance of the overall sales team
• Developing of the sales team through motivation, counselling, and company service education
• Explore, identify, and develop business opportunities by building and maintaining trusted relationships with business partners and relevant stakeholders
• Conduct business trips in Vietnam to originate business growth

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 6+ years working experience
• Access to business networks and ability to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant stakeholders in Central Vietnam
• Dedicated ability to lead the sales team with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, innovative, analytical mind and resilient team player able to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel in the Vietnamese domestic market
• Bachelor or higher degree in management, marketing, business administration or any related fields
• Vietnamese national with senior appearance and advanced knowledge in English communication (spoken and written)
• Resident in Da Nang/Hoi An
If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and are highly motivated to work in a dynamic enterprise with an international corporate culture, we would like to meet you.
Salary range: 26mil VND – 32mil VND
• Access to business networks and ability to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant stakeholders in Central Vietnam
• Dedicated ability to lead the sales team with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
