Mô Tả Công Việc
• Implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures including:
- Recruiting of high-quality cleaning staff for all Mister Loo branches in your regions
- Supervising and coaching of cleaning staff to encourage maximum performance and to ensure effective operations
- Provide best-in-class training program which include onsite training of the cleaning staff up to supervision of their work as per SOP
- Regular inspection and quality checks of all branches
- Documentation of processes, routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Prepare and manage roster (working schedule) of entire cleaning staff
• Prepare PO, invoices, and weekly report
• Customer support and manage relationships with selected partners and suppliers
• Reporting to the senior management in all matters of importance

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 10+ years working experience in Facility or Hospitality Management. Priority is given to those who have experience in the field of housekeeping Outstanding organizational and communicational skills with dedicated ability in decision-making and problem-solving
• Independent personality with vast experience in troubleshooting and an innovative approach to addressing operational challenges
• Willingness to travel in the domestic market for onsite inspection
• Own vehicle and possess of valid driving license are of advantage
• Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, business administration or any related fields
• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
• Skills: Microsoft office
• Resident in Saigon for the position in Saigon
Working place: 123 Ly Chinh Thang, District 3, HCMC
Salary: 1100$ - 1400$
