• Manage and maintain facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and technical equipment to ensure stable, safe, and efficient operations.
• Plan and implement construction, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects to support company operations and business development needs.
• Coordinate with related departments and contractors to implement projects in compliance with operational, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and overall effectiveness of infrastructure improvement projects.
• Prepare CAPEX proposals, budgets, reports, and project documentation for management and Group review and approval.
• Participate in meetings with the Group regarding infrastructure development plans, investment projects, and system improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the HSE department to ensure facilities and infrastructure systems comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage maintenance activities for facilities and utility systems to support continuous and efficient operations.
• Ensure all facilities-related activities comply with legal requirements, company standards, and Group requirements.
• Support risk management and emergency preparedness activities related to facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Lead the Facilities team and drive continuous improvement initiatives in facilities management and operational support.

• Strong knowledge of facilities management, utility systems, maintenance practices, and safety/environmental requirements in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in infrastructure development, renovation, CAPEX projects, contractor management, and system improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage project planning, budgeting, cost control, and project execution effectively.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and present projects for management and Group review and approval.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to participate in meetings with the Group. Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
• Bi-Weekly Saturday Off
