1. Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage translation and localization projects. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience who are interested in localization industry, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and working in a dynamic international environment.
• Project Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-en a language projects, including receiving requests from clients, coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and delivering the final product according to required quality standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Perform quality checks using CAT/QA tools and final review
• Clarify project requirements with clients or internal team
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain project documentation
• Follow company processes and standards

• Fresh graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of experience (referably majoring in Business, Languages, or related fields)
• Experienced in service-related roles (e.g. customer service, language services) is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Skilled in reading and written English communication for online interaction
• Calm in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Discipline in meeting deadlines and client’s requirements
• Familiar with CAT tools (e.g. Trados, MemoQ, XTM)
• Proficient in English and computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets)
• Knowledgeable in AI tools and their application in daily work
• Proactive in contributing ideas to improve AI usage and workflows
• Available to work in EU timezone (14:00 – 23:00 GMT+7 with a 2-hour break)
