Core Responsibilities:
• Drive a high-standard safety culture and related third parties with proactive safety approaches and processes.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all regulations on health and safety defined by the local government and the corporate
• Prepare BCP/ERP and ensure activities in the EHS area.
• Be responsible for risk management to manage the risks as per corporate standards.
• Lead the EHS training programme. Ensure accurate, timely incident management and report or share it with relevant parties.
• Provide guidance and support for the EHS organisation and leadership team to interact with external parties for business purposes, mainly in EHS areas.
• Represents the factory in global workshops and projects and contributes to global standard processes.
• Share the best practices and adaptations through the LEGO Group network.

Do you have what it takes?
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in a diverse multinational environment.
• Mastering local EHS regulations.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a major in health and safety is preferred.
• Certifications in the health and safety system (e.g., identification of hazards and risks certificate) are preferred.
• Experience in working with government authorities and third parties.
• Excellent collaboration skills and be able to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Perform as a strong team builder and team player with flexible behaviours, open-mindedness, pro-activity, and support.
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Result-oriented with fact-base-driven, data-oriented, logical and analytical skills, detail-oriented, systematic thinking, and a sense of excellence
• Self-driven personality with a can-do attitude
