Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, review, and modify the detail drawings of equipment, drafting of mechanical components, and technical drawings according to manager’s requirements
- Develop and manage engineering design details, layouts, and special items drawings for clients, and maintains as-built drawings
- Support in providing technical recomendation for sales departments, most importantly project sales team for technical decision making and client’s requirement
- Manage, review, and produce drawings for fabrication and installation for factory
- Coordinate with the production department to modify and update drawings in line with
production requirements
- Develop BOM, calculate the materials, extract the quantities and supplies such as materials, components, and consumables based on confirmed drawings.
- Perform checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all project drawings and documents throughout the design and detail phase.
- Review and adhere to client specifications or requests to ensure quality and accuracy of designs.
- Ensure the comprehensiveness and completeness of the project requirement as well as design documentation of throughout the project;
- Provide assistance in the assembly and maintenance of engineering and other technical files
- Closely liaise with other departments such as Project Sales, Developer Team and Technical support team to work effectively and win projects
- Ensure compliance with the industry's safety standards.
