IWC VIETNAM

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, reconciling with suppliers and submitting payment in accordance with contracts.
- Ensure valid and lawful invoices and proofs of payment in compliance with internal control and Vietnam regulation.
- Reconcile account payable to ensure that all invoices and payment are reflected accurately.
- Daily update inventory report and reconcile inventory with weigh slip documents and system.
- Participate in periodical and unexpected stock take. Responsible for making inventory minute, calculating variance and finding out rationales and solutions.
- Assist in quarterly internal audit procedures examining operational processes.
- Identify, record and keep track of all fixed assets at site timely.
- Produce financial and management reports for aggregation site.
- Execute month-end, year-end as schedule from head office.
- Prepare/ submit VAT, CIT, export tax, WHT to Tax department as regulation.
- Represent company to work directly with Tax officers for VAT tax refund or tax inspection.
- Other tasks as assigned by Chief accountant.
