• Achieve InXpress India’s yearly revenue, margin, and budget targets
• Provide ongoing assistance to other InXpress Business Coaches
• Actively provide training support to new franchisees & their staff
• Be aligned to cross-functional requirements
• Take ownership of franchisee’s business and compliance
• Drive new customer acquisition, existing customer retention, shipments,
and revenue/margin
• Deep dive into data to guide and coach franchisees and their team
members
• Analyze, Visualize & Present Data

Specific Responsibilities:
• Achieve InXpress India’s yearly revenue, margin, and budget targets
• Provide ongoing assistance to other InXpress Business Coaches
• Follow up with other Coaches and assigned franchisees, to ensure all
training resources are being utilized
• Work with Finance, IT, Operations, Franchise Development & Legal teams
on needs/requests of InXpress franchisees – be able to liaise between
franchisees and internal team
• Assist Franchise Development team with Discovery Day
• Research additional tools that will help InXpress achieve growth and budget
targets
• Perform site visits to franchisees locations
• Visit franchisees and assist with sales, sales management, and overall
franchise operations
• Provide ongoing training to franchisees, including 3-days and 5-days trainings to new franchisees
• Onsite support visit as part of company’s 30 & 90 days visit policies
• Conduct regular/monthly training programs & reviews for/with franchisees
• Be on top of overall franchisee compliance
• Assist with renewal, termination, and transfer of franchises, where
necessary
• Attend/Conduct Monthly and Quarterly franchisee business reviews
• Assist with maintaining the DHL & other carrier relationships nationally
• Responsible for the InXpress Franchisee and local DHL relationship
• Plan, organize and execute annual InXpress Regional Meetings, & Quarterly
Business Reviews
• Lead InXpress annual convention planning & execution
• Execute the yearly sales plan
• Assist Recruitment Manager in Marketing to and securing new franchisees
• Data analysis, identify growth-drivers and what is pulling down
• Implementing company’s CRM system
Frequent business reviews and onsite visits are used to review the franchises business operation and include going on high volume of sales calls: cold calling, setting appointments, and closing sales. InXpress Business Coaches are expected to know the InXpress Sales process and can train and mentor franchise owners in both sales and sales management.
• Back up of other team members in various departments, as and when
required.

Preference:
• Degree in Management
• Previous knowledge working in franchising setup
• Sales knowledge in FMCG/Consumer Durables OR Solutions/Ideas selling
Hands-on
• Experience and competency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
