Mô Tả Công Việc
(1) BROAD SCOPE:
- Sourcing new suppliers, ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet specific technical specifications, negotiating prices, and evaluating supplier performance
- Taking into quality, delivery plan and ensuring continuity of supply.
(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, determine pricing strategies that allow the company to remain competitive and profitable.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.
- Ensure proper placing of Purchase Orders: quantity, price, terms and conditions, delivery schedule and payment terms.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Previous experience of working in a purchasing team preferably within manufacturing environment will be mostly preferrable, if not the new employee will be trained.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good English skill preferred.
