Job Description:

We are looking to fill two positions: 01 Assembly Manager and 01 Printing Manager with experience in sports footwear manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership abilities and management skills to oversee the assembly and printing processes, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and are produced on time. These positions will work closely with other departments such as DEV, QIP, and PPC to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Process Management (Assembly Manager):

• Ensure the sports footwear production process is on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Manage, train, and develop the assembly team, including workers and technicians.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment in the assembly process and propose improvements if necessary.

Printing Process Management (Printing Manager):

*Job Location: CCN An Ngai, Long Dien District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province

• Supervise the printing process of logos, patterns, and decorative elements on sports footwear.
• Ensure consistent, sharp printing quality without defects, and in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with design and technical departments to ensure accurate execution of printing requirements.

Process Improvement:

• Suggest and implement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Research and apply new technologies in both the assembly and printing processes to optimize production.

Quality Management:

• Ensure the final product meets company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Work with the QC department to monitor and inspect product quality throughout the production process.

Equipment Management and Maintenance:

• Monitor, maintain, and repair assembly and printing equipment to ensure continuous and effective operation.
• Propose purchases of necessary equipment and tools to enhance productivity and product quality.

Personnel Management and Reporting:

• Lead and manage production staff, ensuring they are fully trained on skills and processes.
• Provide weekly/monthly production reports on output, quality, and progress.
• Propose solutions to address issues and improve work efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Printing Technology, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in sports footwear production, with at least 5 years in an assembly or printing management role.
• In-depth knowledge of sports footwear production processes, printing technologies, and assembly procedures.
• Proven experience in managing teams, training staff, and resolving production issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical skills, and process improvement expertise.
• Experience working with quality management systems and production standards.
