• Drafting, processing, and checking import and export documents, including contracts, bills of lading, invoices, delivery orders, and notice of the arrival of goods.
• Prepare customs declaration documents, apply for certificates of origin, quality certificates, official documents, and reports to related parties. Performing customs declaration activities through ECUSS
• Work with and oversee the performance of third parties related to inbound, customs process, and haulage from port to warehouse, ensuring the standard delivery lead time for inbound is met. Cargos are delivered from the port to the warehouse
• Keeping records and documents
• Contact customers, and coordinate with the field department to clear goods
• Make a booking with forwarder/carriers (DHL, FedEx,..)
• Regularly monitor updates on newly issued circulars/decrees/official guidance regarding customs clearance activities. ISO, regulations must be followed
• Work closely with the Purchasing/Sourcing team to get the requirement for each batch, brief to Purchasing/Sourcing team to complete the successful order, manage vendors for production, manage storage, track status, and report to the Merchandise team
• We are collaborating with internal stakeholders (Accountant, Merchandise, ...) for documents supporting campaigns or handling the team’s administrative tasks
• Preparing a yearly logistics report
• Other tasks as per company request

Generally knowledge of customs clearance procedures, specialized knowledge of transportation, customs finance, foreign trade...

Fluently use office computers, communicate, and handle situations flexibly, meticulously, and responsibly
