YOUR TASKS

YOUR TASKS

Manage and maintain facility management (FM), and ensure environment, health and safety (EHS) in Hella Vietnam office to comply with international, Hella and local requirements.

RESPONSIBLITY

• Plan & maintain facility equipment, office layout, working environment. Regular check with 5S compliance.
• Plan & maintain office supplies (power, water, pantry stuffs,…).
• Support user requests on facility problems.
• Fixing, upgrade facility equipment at basic level or is as moderator to work with vendors.
• Monitor and report process performance status of FM, EHS (ex: KPIs report) to higher manager.
• Perform Risk analysis, Risk management related to FM, EHS.
• Train for team related to FM, EHS topic.
• Support and prepare for internal/ external audits related to FM, EHS (IATF 16949, Fire protection,…)
• Work with Purchasing team to ensure purchasing items related to FM, EHS.
• Maintains FM, EHS files and records.

Your Qualifications

• 2-year vocational training and/ or special diploma or university (degree) in Electrical, Facility, Construction or relevant;
• 1 or 2 years of work experience as: Facility technician, EHS specialist.
• MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word for planning and reporting;
• Knowledge about office/ building facility technical.
• High self responsibility and self management;
• Good communication skills in English is a plus.
• Knowledge on ISO 14000, ISO 9001, First Aid is a plus.
