We are seeking a Workforce Management MIS Analyst for our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality. The ideal candidate performs building, designing, managing information systems and technology to support the organization in making informed decisions.

Main responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and storing data from various sources in a structured and accessible manner;
- Analyze and normalize extracted raw data, identify trends, provide insights based on available information;
- Build and maintain intranet portals, knowledge-base web pages or database;
- Implement, maintain and optimize information system database and software applications used within the organization;
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant information to various stakeholders;
- Provide and present data-driven insights to help managers and executives make strategic decisions that align with the organization's goals;
- Ensure that data and information systems are secure and that the organization adheres to relevant data protection and privacy regulations;
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and workflows through the effective use of technology and data analysis;
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to understand their reporting requirement and provide solution through automation;
- Provide training and support to employees who use the organization's information systems and software applications;
- Manage scorecard, performance dashboards and login/billable hours from the system;
- Attends meetings and discussions on KPI reports, do roadshows for implementation of innovations and initiatives in reporting;
- Manage ad-hoc requests on reporting.
