A. Desk work:

A.1. Check with Manager to decide where to make the sample (Sample team or Supplier) once received the sample order list from requestor.

A.2. Check with purchasing for any existing stock or P.O. production for customer project samples.

A.3. Prepare the sample order and release to all Supplier (Wood, metal frame weaving wicker/ rope, tabletop) and arrange payment.

A.4. Prepare and release wicker/rope purchase order for project with no available material available.

A.5.Making and sending all kinds of reports (e.g. weekly sample status report).

A.6. Create the Sample code, check and prepare data/document for payment of samples to be submitted to accounting.

A.7. Support updating ICS, purchasing information and getting needed info to reply whoever made a query.

A.8. Notice and confirm received quantity for items paid in VND for accountant to pay suppliers.

A.9. check all daily email.

A.10 arrange the truck delivery schedule.

A.11. others desk work assigned by immediate superior

B. Follow up:

B.1.Daily follow up the supplier with release project of its status.

B.2. Report to all concern on any project delay or will not meet the dates.

B.3. Monitor the Delivery team activity be on time for the urgent need.

B.4. follow up all the team needed like (special hardware, color panel, etc.)

B.5. others follow up assigned by immediate superior.

C. Legwork:

C.1. Take the printed drawing in R and D for sample team need.

C.2 Put all complete info on drawing prior to releasing to sample team.

C.3. Oversee the delivery of material incoming and outgoing by doing actual monitoring/inspection.

C.4. Do personal coordination with warehouse to prepare goods for shipping.

C.5. Go to sample area to monitor actual status of work in process sample for report data gathering.

C.6. Serve as written and verbal translator of immediate superior in his instruction or in the meeting.

C.7. actual visit to the area of assign task to oversee & ensure be done in timely manner.

C.8. Other leg work assigned by immediate superior.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Same criteria from previous recruitment we done.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Same criteria from previous recruitment we done.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Task is a combination of desk work, actual follow up (if deem necessary) and legwork mostly in urgent manner as the department activity is always in time constraint.
