1. Manpower Management

• Monitor and control personnel across all shifts.

• Coordinate with HR to update worker schedules promptly.

• Compare actual manpower against targets and report current status.

2. Project Tracking & Reporting

• Collect and update progress on CI, PDCA, ZERO Waste, and 8D projects.

• Provide regular updates to Managers and the Board of Directors (BOD).

3. Process & Compliance Checking

• Review and ensure adherence to SOPs and ISO standards.

• Verify results of internal projects.

• Oversee Hydra, Scan & Scale processes, and maintain documentation accuracy.

4. Equipment & Material Control

• Manage repair requests for Color Room equipment.

• Order and track materials for color mixing to prevent shortages.

5. Worker Support & Union Coordination

• Arrange overtime schedules and meals for employees.

• Plan weekly shift assignments.

• Resolve issues related to overtime, annual leave, and worker concerns.

6. Rule & Standard Updates

• Ensure company rules comply with local labor laws and customer requirements.

• Control overtime in line with Nike’s standards.

• Maintain and continuously improve departmental standards.

7. Special Assignments

• Organize workflow and job distribution within the Color Department.

• Complete additional duties as requested by the BOD.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh/ Thu Duc), Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

Education & Work Experience

• College or University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of plastic injection processes and related manufacturing technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• English communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
