【JOB DESCRIPTION】

1.IT Human Resource

We have a request from a Japanese IT company to hire a Vietnamese IT engineer living in Japan.

- Search for Vietnamese IT engineers living in Japan using SNS (Facebook, Linkdin, etc.)

- Coordinating interviews with customers and candidates

- Support for Vietnamese IT engineers

2.support for Accounting

- Creation of estimates and invoices

- Correspondence with customers

- Accounting support

3. Support for Japanese

- Document preparation and interpretation as instructed by Japanese superiors

- SNS（Facebook、Linkdin等）を利用して日本在住のベトナム人ITエンジニアを探す

- お客様や候補者との面接調整

- ベトナム人ITエンジニアのサポート

2.会計業務のサポート

- 見積書、請求書の作成

- お客様への対応

- 会計サポート

3.日本語対応

- 日本人上司の指示による書類作成と通訳
