- Maintain chemical inventory lists and update on daily basis and keep proper record accurately.
- Conduct new RM/repeated RM Inspection based on given standard procedure
- Work with purchasing and supplier to get RSL/ MSDS/ TDS and related documents on time
- Make sure all MSDS/TDS are available for all direct & non direct RMs and translate to Vietnamese and provide to relevant department (Chemicals/Inks/Foils/Non foil)
- Ensure 100% RSL and MRSL compliance and get OEKO-Tex certificate on time
- Work with Assistant Technical Manager to resolve day to day technical issue and find the root cause and report to Plant Manager
- Provide the RSL testing on time base on customer requirement
- Coordinate with HR/ Auditor/ Inspector/ Customer while having any external audit which related to chemical
