- Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality.
- Key liaison between client, event managers, in-house designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met.
- Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
- Supervise and manage all suppliers working on location.
- Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event.
- Provide immediate response to requests for assistance to events in progress.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, 2 years experience in the event industry
- Has knowledge of materials, and equipment utilized in special events, and related specialties.
- Builds solid and reciprocal relationships with vendors.
- Negotiation and time management skill
- A passion for events.
- Work under high pressure, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
- Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and web searches.
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and be on-call as necessary.
