• Control, maintain, and distribute aircraft maintenance technical publications to ensure accuracy, currency, availability, and compliance with aviation requirements.

• Maintain and update technical publications promptly, including AMM and other customer/operator maintenance data.

• Receive technical documents from customers, operators, and regulatory authorities, and maintain proper document control and revision status.

• Maintain the Document Master List for each customer/operator and internal maintenance data, ensuring aircraft applicability and document effectivity are controlled.

• Upload and organize electronic maintenance data in the company storage system and distribute hard copies or other formats as required.

• Regularly verify document validity and currency with customers/operators, including quarterly confirmation and website access.

• Manage the Read & Sign process and ensure personnel complete required acknowledgements within the specified timeframe, maintaining records for audit and compliance.

• Control and safeguard customer technical publication accounts and access credentials, ensuring authorized use and confidentiality.

• Train, supervise, and develop Technical Publications Librarians to ensure competency and compliance with technical publication requirements.

• Control and validate OHF, and monitor Technical Librarians at other stations to ensure compliance with OHF requirements.

• Perform other training-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager or Management.

We welcome candidates with experience in Technical Documentation, Document Control, Records Management, Engineering Administration, Quality/Compliance or Aviation Technical Library. Experience in aviation is an advantage but not mandatory.

Knowledge

· Bachelor or Engineer Degree in any field or equivalent. Skill

· Good at MS Offices; familiar with using Excel, Access

· Good Speaking and writing English

· Good interpersonal, communication skills.

· Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

· Good verbal and written communication skill in English. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, databases, document management systems)

· Ability to organize and maintain large collections of information. Attitude:

Experience working with engineering or software is referable

Experience in administration, document control, records management, compliance, quality assurance, or audit support.
