Mô Tả Công Việc
Manange molds (Foam padding, Plastic, Stamping): listing, coding ,controlling.
Mold troubles shooting: investigate mold issues, leading for fixing method, managing its cost.
Renewal: control mold life time, condition & consider for renewal.
Mold/ Maintenace spec: build up standard & implementing it.
Process defects shooting: plastic defects (short mold, weld line, shrinkage mark…..), EPS.
Process control: build up standard (injection parameters, process, packaging…) & maintain it.
Cost down activities: cycle time, material, machine, process…..
New parts structure feedback: study & feedback R&D Degsiner for mold/ injection robustness.
New mold launching: DFM, cost, gantt following, Trials, mold spec, injection parameters.
Modification: manage modification with ECN request from PE engineer.
Assembly line troubleshooting: Responsibility for defects in assembly, painting. Analyse root cause and provide methodology to improve.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
Experience
• 5 years of experience in mold/die engineering role.
• Experience in processes of Plastic, EPS foam injection, stamping, painting.
• Capable work with injection machines, its parameters setting.
• Capable to analysis by 7QC tools, statistical (Cpk, Cmk,…), design of experiments (DOE).
• Experience in Product engineering or R&D roles is plus.
Hard Skills
• Expert in mold structure & process.
• Deep understanding in plastics resin properties.
• Good in Microsoft Office.
• Can use 2D/3D CAD sofware like Siemens NX, Inventor…
• English is required/Italian is a plus.
• Familiar with ISO/ IATF16949 system, six sigma, lean, 7QC tools... is advance
• Good 5S skills.
Soft Skills
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Honesty, collaborative, proactive.
