Designing and developing new automation systems and improvements to existing ones.
Testing and debugging automation systems to ensure smooth deployment.
Integrating automation systems with existing factory hardware.
Analyzing production processes to identify areas where automation components can enhance efficiency and productivity. Gradually bring the factory towards the goal of becoming a smart factory.
Working closely with software systems to design, implement, solve the problem and maintain automation solutions.
Selection of electrical components, on-site debugging of PLC, HMI, servo and other programs.
Have complete responsibility to enhance end -to end automated test coverage
Work directly with cross-departmental personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and all Company rules and policies
Doing another task assign by manager and deputy.Qualification:
• Education: Aumomation Engineering or related background - University.
Experience:
• 5-10 years in Maintenance and and PLC programs in automatic production process
• 3 to 5 years of specific esperience in coatings automatic system
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance-related problems, read diagrams, blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in robot painting system , injection machine, making program for CNC, water jet machine is priority.
• Machine/civil architecture drawings review and revision via CAD software.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of control systems, robotics, and electronics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
