CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.

We’re looking for Senior Electronic Engineer responsible to work closely with internal / external groups, and to coordinate the corresponding manufacturing partnership teams (Production, HR, Import/Export, Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Technical Development). Ensures continued supply of Product / Finished Product as per market demand.

Senior Electronic Engineer is responsible for electric / electronic products in materials, product development, compliance & standards, documentation, continuous improvement & project management.

This job will require oversea business travelling when necessary.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure safety, technical guidelines are being met to ensure a safe work environment.
• Lead the new product transfers & responsible for Product Engineer:
  • Manage technical to complete engineering requirements of new developments and production which include tooling, JFT, Tester, qualification...
  • Responsible for Product technical, product function, database, BOM, drawing, specs, ECN, compliance,…
  • Sign-off the production readiness (Product approval, BOM completion, MM creation …etc).
  • Make product sample following requirements from Product Manager, R&D, Customer.
  • Review and audit product design, product costing.
  • Work with Purchasing team to qualify new components, and new sources for Productivity Projects such as Value Engineering, change of supplier, localization.
  • Work with production to transfer the engineering point from product knowledge, work instruction, samples to Production. Assist in production problem solving, quality issues.
• Lead the CIP, VE Projects among the plant.
• And the related job assigned.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required), able to communicate clearly and directly with all levels of the organization.
• 4+ years of related experience and knowledge in electronic & manufacturing processes, SMT, box build. Understand circuit diagram & principle.
• Strong experience of electronic products, components, testing methods, compliance.
• Project, management skills & able to work with stakeholders.
• Experience and knowledge of NPI, Product database, ERP, VE, Process Control, Lean Manufacturing.
• Able to understand and document a process, specification accurately. Quick learner.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude, Hands-on style. Team environment and independent working experience.
• Coding & simulation software knowledge as well as general software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bsc. in Electronics Engineering or any related.
