Key Responsibilities

As HR Manager, you will lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including:

• Human Resource Strategy and Business Partnership
• Organization Design and Workforce Planning
• Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
• Performance Management
• Learning and Leadership Development
• Compensation and Benefits Administration
• Payroll Management
• Employee Engagement and Culture Development
• Employee and Labor Relations
• Compliance with Vietnam Labor Laws and HR Regulations
• HR Policies, Governance, and Process Improvement
• Administrative and Support Services
• Security and Workplace Support Functions

You will work closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs support both operational excellence and long-term business growth.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in a managerial role.
• Strong background in end-to-end Human Resources Management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, food, or other fast-paced organizations is highly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of the Vietnam Labor Code and related employment regulations.
• Solid knowledge across all major HR disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
