Product Ownership & Delivery

Translate business requirements into product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Create and maintain clear, actionable product documentation on platforms like Confluence and Notion.
Manage feature planning, specs, and delivery timelines in coordination with Design and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define and execute the product roadmap.

Data & Decision- Making

Track product KPIs and propose data- informed improvements.
Collaborate with Analysts and QA to validate hypotheses and ensure feature quality.
Conduct in- depth analysis on feature performance, user behavior, and funnels.

Team Collaboration

Ensure the team follows product discovery and delivery checklists.
Coordinate with Game Designers to align feature delivery with design intent.
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews (as needed).
Ensure product tasks in Jira are well- defined and regularly updated.

EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES

Self- driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast- moving environment.
3+ years of experience in a Product, Game Development, or Technical Product role.
Strong interest in games and user- centered design.
Good understanding of the game industry and its development processes.
Technically curious: able to understand how systems work and communicate clearly with developers.
Able to break down complexity, balance scope vs. value, and communicate priorities clearly.

SKILLS

Experience working with global stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones.
Structured problem- solving mindset and critical thinking ability.
Fluent in English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
Comfortable writing features specs, mockups, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
Attention to detail while keeping an eye on broader strategic objectives.
Excellent data analysis skills (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Technical background (can communicate confidently with engineers and understand system limitations).
Solid understanding of data analysis concepts.
Experience using product tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, product analytics dashboards).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development.
Experience working in a game studio or mobile game product team.
Candidates are required to hold a Google Project Management Certificate or obtain it within 3 months of onboarding.
