As SAP Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world's leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass. To strengthen further our team, we are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer

What You Will Do

• Own responsibility for quality of the product - define quality goals at team level and ensure quality KPIs are met
• Work closely with scrum team to understand feature requirement, prepare functional test cases and execute manual testing
• Build innovative, scalable and maintainable automation systems to facilitate both functional and performance testing
• Assist in guiding the team to apply industry best practices for Performance Engineering/QA processes.
• Drive the goal of no critical performance issue in production to keep high availability for customers
• Provide innovative and out-of-the box ideas to solve deep technical automation problems
• Build tools to eliminate or reduce day today basis manual tasks/effort
  
  

What You Should Bring

• 6-10 years of total experience in software quality and testing
• Experience in building automation framework/simulators and automating complex features
• Excellent coding & analytical skills in Java and must have experience in designing and writing JUnit tests
• Must have experience with at least one web-based Ul Automation tool (ex. Selenium/Protractor)
• Experience with at least one scripting language ex. Shell, Perl, Java Script etc
• Command over performance analysis and tools like JMeter, Load Runner, Dynatrace, Splunk
• Experience in using any Bug Tracking, Test case management and Version Control Systems.
• Knowledge on Database concepts and should have an exposure for PL/SQL
• Basic knowledge in handling Unix/Linux environment
• Functional knowledge in Procurement or prior experience working in Ariba or S/4HANA Procurement solution areas is a plus
