About the job
Create user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base, while maintaining the highest standards of usability and design excellence, and deliver a delightful and efficient user experience.
Responsibility
Integrating business, technology, user, and content requirements to formulate design concepts, guiding the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns, and mock-ups.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to bring your designs to life.
Design concepts and high fidelity prototypes while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user problems, validate design decisions and iterate on user feedback.
Staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools and techniques to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.

Minimum Qualifications
3+years of relevant work in product design as a fully proficient individual contributor in a product environment.
Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
A passion for taking ownership and driving projects forward.
Bachelor's degree in Design, or equivalent professional experience
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English).
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma,...
Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, breaking them down into smaller, well-defined initiatives.
Experience working in a tech startup environment.
An understanding of basic front-end, especially HTML, CSS, Javascript.
A good understandingof the Southeast Asian market.
