Mô Tả Công Việc

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Head of Human Resources will report directly to CEO. As a manager of the Human Resources organization, he/she contributes a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise. He/she will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for DATX’s employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner. Additionally, he/she utilizes a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success.
Managing the Human Resources Strategy
• Executes and follows-up on engagement survey related activities.
• Builds the talent management ranks
• Utilizes business priorities into Human Resources strategies, plans and actions
• Manage proactive approaches that will affect performance outcome or control cost.
• Leads and participates in succession management and workforce planning.
• Responsible for Human Resources strategy and execution.
• Serves as key change manager for initiatives that have high employee impact.
Managing Staffing and Recruitment Process
• Analyzes open positions to balance the development of existing talent and business needs.
• Serves as coach and expert facilitator of the selection and interviewing process.
• Surfaces opportunities in work processes and staffing optimization.
• Develops staffing strategy (in collaboration with hiring manager) relating to hiring practices; consults with hiring manager on compensation, benefits container, etc.
• Monitors sourcing process and outcomes of staffing process
Managing Staff Development Activities
• Ensures completion of the duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources staff members, as outlined in applicable job description(s).
• Ensures DATX staff is properly trained in all employee-related human resource information to appropriately respond to employees.
• Formulate the annual learning plan of initiatives and programs addressing the learning needs of DATX’ employees covering the whole learning cycle from training need identification and analysis, program identification and delivery to program assessment & evaluation
Employee Relation & Employee Engagement
• Work with HR team members organizing Company events (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service, Teambuilding, …).
• Process Employee Engagement survey
• Propose benefits container & organize events and activities to connect employees
• Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.

2. REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERTISE
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
• At least 7+ years of working experience as HR General including Recruitment, Training, C&B, IC.
• Experience with Technology company and/or Tech Start up is a must.
• Should have played a key role in rapid scale-up of an IT services/Technology/Securities firm.
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Experience in dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• High-stress tolerance, can work well under pressure and the tight deadline
Soft skills:
• Excellent at leadership skill and problem-solving skill;
• Self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and grow with the role;
• Effective communication skills to present complex subjects clearly and coherently to non-domain experts and coordinate other cross-function stakeholders working in a squad and tribe with the development team;
• High learning agility and a real passion for products and user behaviour, innovation, and solving challenging problems;
• High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business;
• High responsibility and diligence.
