I. What You Will Do as an Tester

• Perform manual testing (web & mobile: functional, usability, regression) and gradually expand into automation with Playwright + TypeScript (training provided).
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, plans, scripts, and UAT documents.
• Test educational content and interactive features for children’s English learning.
• Record, report, and follow up on issues; provide clear documentation to support IT resolution.
• Communicate effectively with international clients in English to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance with established processes while collaborating with the team in a positive spirit.

II. The Ideal Candidate Profile

(1) Experience & Competencies

• 2-3 years of manual testing experience, strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and bug reporting.
• Good English skill (written & verbal) is a big plus.
• Experience in test case design/execution and bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Basic knowledge of automation (Playwright, Cypress, etc.); Playwright + TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with API testing (REST, GRAPHQL,WSS), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, XPath), and mobile app testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Product company or EdTech/e-learning experience is an advantage.
