1/ Executive Assistant: 50%

• Assist the CEO with company management activities.
• Collect and report on the Company‘s operations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Keep track of the progress of departments in meeting their goals.
• Collaborate closely with departments, and convey information effectively and promptly between the CEO and departments. Proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of current work.
• In charge of organizing the CEO‘s meeting as well as other related meetings. Perform well in meeting minutes recording, monitoring, and checking the application of meeting decisions.
• Fulfill duties as assigned by the CEO and provide timely feedback.

2/ Investor Relations: 50%

• Collect and prepare business unit financial and operational data for investor presentations.
• Prepare Investor Relations materials, including reports, presentations, news releases, and company materials for investors and industry meetings and events.
• Attend investor meetings, capture all points discussed and ensure follow-ups are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Conduct research and reports on industry and peer information and practices and perform comprehensive competitive analysis to support channel expansion, business development and forward-looking go-to-market initiatives
• Develop and implement a fundraising plan and responsible for completing the planned capital mobilization including the preparation of pre-marketing materials, investment pitch deck, offering memorandums, competitor information, and prospect pipelines.
