1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Develop workforce planning and recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manpower planning.
• Guide line managers on interview standards and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure recruitment timelines, hiring quality and recruitment cost effectiveness.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
• Responsible for achieving recruitment KPIs including hiring volume, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce management, especially in BPO/contact center environment.

2. Compensation & Benefits

• Develop, propose and monitor competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Coordinate salary review and bonus exercises.
• Improve compensation structures and HR systems.
• Monitor employee lifecycle events.

3. HR Operations, Compliance & Employee Relations

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Vietnam Labor Law.
• Manage payroll, contracts, and compliance.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and update HR policies.
• Proven experience in handling labor disputes, termination cases, and negotiation with employees.
• Experience working with labor authorities (DOLISA).

4. Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure HR operations are conducted in a compliant and risk-controlled manner, with clear separation between statutory entitlements and discretionary benefits.
• Prevent any practices that may create legal, tax, or audit risks, including inappropriate handling of employee benefits or non-compliant compensation arrangements.
• Exercise sound judgment to avoid creating precedents that may lead to unintended legal or financial implications for the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields.
• 5–8 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor law.

• Hands-on experience in labor dispute resolution (multiple real cases handled).
• Strong accountability and ownership.
• Ability to operate under high-risk HR environments.
• Experience working with Japanese companies is a strong advantage.
