Mô Tả Công Việc
*Event executive:
- Brainstorming, planning, organizing, managing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating various types of events including but not limited to recruitment events, students events, workshops, seminars, etc.
- Producing detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Liaising with marketing teams to publicize and promote the event.
- Controlling event budget, payment process, and invoicing for each event, regularly updating a running financial forecast;
- Working with the authorities related to the procedures and permits for events;
- Managing list of suppliers. Liaising, negotiating, and coordinating suppliers/vendors and subcontractors before, during and after the event to ensure the event’s progress and production with the highest efficiency.
- Overseeing events’ logistics.
- Managing branding and communication of each event.
- Handling problems that arise to help the event go off smoothly. Ensuring that events comply with insurance, health and safety standards.
- Producing post-event evaluation and reports.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1 Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing and Communications, or similar related field.
2 Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar event management position;
- Working experience and good relationship with event suppliers (venue, hunting, construction, installation, equipment rental...);
- Experience in production and coordination of events over 500 attendees, community events and corporate events.
3 Skills
- Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication (Level B2 or higher);
- Proficient in administrative procedures to apply for an event permit and advertising license;
