1.Quality system management
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system of Bekaert Vietnam plant.
- Understand, implement and maintain the requirement of ISO 9001 & IATF16949 in every process.
- Maintain quality manual, process map and level two procedures align with BCQA.
- Coordinate management review.

2. Internal audit
- Make annual internal audit plan and carry out the plan
- Organize and implement internal audit - Report and share the internal audit results
- Lead the NC discuss the NC and make the action plan
- Follow up the actions and verify the effectiveness
- Evaluate annual internal audit plan effectiveness.

3. 3rd party external audit
- Communicate with internal and external persons about 3rd party external audit information, do the preparation work
- Coordinate 3rd party external audit
- Lead the NC discuss and make the action plan
- Follow up the actions and verify the effectiveness
- Provide the action plan and improvement evidence to 3rd party body in time with high quality.

4. Customer audit and visit
- Communicate with internal and external persons about customer audit or visit information, do the preparation work
- Coordinate customer audit or visit
- Lead the NC discuss and make the action plan
- Follow up the actions and verify the effectiveness
- Provide the action plan and improvement evidence to customer in time with high quality.

5. CSRs Handling
- Organize CSRs plant review
- Work with all department in BVNC plant to satisfy the CSRs
- Monitor the KPIs of CSRs satisfaction.

6. Supplier quality management
- Support LU and CPD to do the purchasing SPEC handling
- Support CPD to approve the new supplier and material
- Establish plant supplier approved material list and plant entrance control plan
- Ensure the effective implementation of incoming inspection
- Responsible for supplier complaints handling
- Support CQA to make the annual supplier audit plan and perform local supplier audit in time
- Coordinate the central supplier evaluation related work in plant.
