* Task Description:

* QMS Related

- Responsible for Plan, develop, implement and maintain quality systems & procedures conforming to IATF 16949 & Global Bekaert quality system

- Act as the Assistant Management Representative (MR) for the ISO certification of the plant

- Develop, Implement, control and maintain the quality documentation system in the plant

- Coordination & follow up on daily NC system, effective & timely closure of NCs, implementation of effective & efficient CAPA

- Conducting the Quality awareness program for the operators & quality systems program for the staff

- Supplier quality audits & supplier quality systems developments, Supplier evaluations and selections.

- Preparation & implementation of the internal quality audits programs.

- Facing the Customer Audits, Certification Body audit, other audits and organize to improve non-conformity items

* IN-PROCESS QUALITY

- Handle in-process Quality issues for resolution and follow-up on actions effectiveness

- Perform LPA, Process audit, SOP audit

* Other jobs assigned by the supervisor
