Mô Tả Công Việc
• Conduct M&A and market research;
• Collect and process key inputs for investment teaser and IM;
• Conduct due diligence;
• Finish teaser, presentation, and business plan;
• Produce valuation sheet and valuation report;
• Follow investees and investors by emails, conference calls, and site trips;
• Present the investees’ presentation to investors as requested;
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, or projects as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 2 years experience (within the last four years) in related fields such as auditing, investment banking, financial analysis, investment staff in investment funds, etc.
• Proficient knowledge of strategic analysis frameworks and/or financial modeling;
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (English is equivalent to Ielts 5.5 or higher);
• Have at least a bachelor's degree from a reputable university: University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, National University of Economics, University of Banking, Foreign Trade, RMIT, or overseas students.
• Be studying or have Degree in Accounting, Finance Analysis, Valuation Modeling, and Report Writing such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, MBA, etc.
• Advanced user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Age: 24-30 years old
• Proficient knowledge of strategic analysis frameworks and/or financial modeling;
