The HR Assistant handles a variety of personnel related administrative duties:
• Timekeeping for whole school
• Handling / assisting with all paper work relating to Labour Contracts, health insurance claim, severance allowance payment, work permit & visa arrangement for foreign teachers
• Handling / assisting with all paper work relating to Labour Contracts, Social insurance, Union, Health insurance for local staff, including paper work relating to certifying and notarising the School documents.
• Handling / assisting with the administration of the recruitment process, including arrangement of recruitment advertisement, C.V screening, response to applicants’ emails, arrangement of interview, reference check.
• Maintaining & updating a staff data base (on Isams, Access control, Educare, Success factor,…) including personnel records, special/sick and annual leave & staff information relating to promotion, movement and salary scheme of the entire company.
• Maintaining an efficient filing system of all staff employment offers, contracts, other documents related to HR.
• Assisting School activities: team building, company trip, year end party
• Assisting in completing & complying with Inspired Vietnam Head Office manuals.
• Assisting in doing reports (Internal/External requests)
• Other duties as assigned by HR Manager or Executive Principal / General Director.
• Confidentiality shall include all employment, contractual and payroll information relating to applicants, employees and past employees.
