- Control and manage all the machines and equipments of SMT workshop
- Manage all the producing process of SMT
- Make daily and periodicly plan of equipments' maintance
- Ensure the stable of operation of machinery and equipment and handle problems as they arise.
- Set up process, programming and prepare tools and equipments for setting up in producing new models.
- Scheduling equipment maintenance daily, periodically
- Line support for model conversion
- Perform other tasks from Manager
