- Establish an internal verification plan
- Collaborate with customers:
+ Complete product / unit knowledge
+ Office management skills, communication, verification
+ Ability to meet customer requirements
- Customer service
+ Coordinate when customers come for verification
+ Managing and handling customer's complaint and customer's problem, coordinating with production to analyze those complaints and devise improvement plans and measures & send to customer.
+ Organize customer meetings to find out the causes, measures and report on QIMS
