1. Marketing Plan Implementation and Follow Up

• Translate agreed plans into task lists, timelines, owners and deliverables; maintain clear follow-up for each activity.
• Follow up marketing campaigns, promotions and communications activities for rooms, wellness, day trips, F&B and other assigned priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, obtain approvals and keep implementation on schedule.
• Flag delays, missing inputs or execution issues early and propose practical next steps to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

2. Social Media Content Production and Execution

• Own the day-to-day production of content across assigned social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as required. Research information, write post copy, adapt approved messages, select visuals and prepare posts for publishing.
• Produce content in formats appropriate to each social media channel, such as captions, content series, simple scripts, carousel copy and short-form video briefs; coordinate production support where needed.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media channels and ensure all published content reflects the approved Alba brand direction.
• Prepare content calendars, collect input from relevant departments and coordinate content publishing across approved channels.
• Draft captions, simple content briefs, post copy and supporting materials in line with approved brand direction.
• Check content, images and videos before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency and correct use of brand assets.
• Monitor comments, inboxes and basic engagement; coordinate relevant responses or escalation with the responsible team.

3. Campaign and Promotional Execution

• Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, communication materials and task trackers based on approved campaign direction.
• Coordinate the execution of paid digital campaigns with agencies or partners; ensure correct offers, copy, assets, links and deadlines.
• Monitor basic campaign results and prepare clear performance updates for review and optimization decisions.

4. Agency Vendor and Content Production Coordination

• Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and other vendors based on approved briefs.
• Track quotations, briefs, production schedules, deliverables and feedback rounds; keep project files organised.
• Conduct first-level quality checks and consolidate feedback before submitting materials for final approval.

5. KOL KOC Media and Partnership Support

• Support the coordination of KOL, KOC, media and barter activities assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare stay or experience information, follow up schedules, collect deliverables and maintain partnership records.
• Check that agreed content deliverables are received and shared with relevant internal teams.

6. Reporting and Administration

• Maintain marketing trackers, content calendars, campaign files, contact lists and monthly activity reports.
• Compile basic social, campaign and partnership results into clear reports for management review.
• Support other marketing, communication and cross-brand activities within the Alba ecosystem when assigned.

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing, communications, social media, agency coordination or related experience. Hospitality, tourism, wellness or lifestyle experience is an advantage but not required.
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable in following work through to completion; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong Vietnamese and English writing and content-production ability for social media; able to turn assigned topics and approved directions into clear, engaging posts adapted to each channel. Well-understanding of social media, digital campaigns and paid advertising coordination.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners, and comfortable asking questions when requirements are unclear.
• Good working Vietnamese and English, especially for email, briefs and communication materials.
• Reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely with Operations, Sales, F&B, Wellness, Front Office and external agencies or vendors.
